Reference is made to that certain map prepared by W.R. Lambert and dated September 2, 1982 for a more complete and full metes and bounds description of the tract above which is labeled (2) thereon. Being the same property as depicted as Tract II in that deed to Grantor and recorded in Book 744, Page 330, Harnett County Registry. LESS AND EXCEPT that 154.83' x 100'x 154.97' x 100' tract composed of approximately 0.36 acres (Parcel No. D597-69-1174.000) which was conveyed by the Grantors to Allen West in that deed recorded in Book 754 Paget 1�2, Harnett County Registry.
