Dear Linda:
Attached for your review are two copies each of the revised site plan and stormwater
detention calculations. The revisions consist of the addition of a pool, deck, and pool house, and
relocation of portions of the storm drainage collection system. As shown in the calculations, the
excess pond surface area and storage volume provided in the approved system is more than
sufficient to accomodate this additional impervious area. The collection system modifications do
not impact the pond.
