This COC revision is to resolve an omission of previously added acreage to this project's ESC permit.The addition of acreage was based upon a 3 acre modification of an existing erosion control permit,and the body of the letter of approval with modification received was interpreted by the recipient incorrectly to mean that our existing COC would cover this acreage,as the second paragraph calls out COCs for new projects and this was an amendment to an existing one.We are now seeking to correct this administrative error. Both LOAs have been uploaded as proof of amendment,and all area within this project have been inspected and documented to the standards required by NCG01 throughout its lifespan.
