Elliott,RLS,containing approximately 6.0 acres, as referenced in that report recorded in Deed Book 187,Page 24, Union County Registry. Being the same property conveyed from Grantor Elsie J. Bullard Harris and husband Carl E. Harris to Grantee Tommy L. Bullard by Deed dated August 9,2000,and duly recorded in Book 1786,Page 59, Union County Registry,in which conveyance Grantor Elsie J. Bullard Harris reserved and retained a life estate in the subject property. The purpose of this Deed is for Grantor Elsie J. Bullard Harris to convey her interest in the above-described 6.0 acre tract without retaining a life estate interest for herself in the property.
