Our Program posted the draft General Permit for public comment from December 1, 2023, to January 10, 2024. The new General Permit became effective on March 1, 2024. Certificates of Coverage (COCs)for permittees who did not owe fees were renewed automatically. The attached renewal COC replaces the one issued last year.
