Good Afternoon Jim, We have resubmitted our hard copy package to your office via FedEx and have received confirmation that the resubmittal package as been delivered. If you could please confirm that you have received this package that would be great. We would also like you to be aware of the Laserfiche Outage (DEQ’s document management software) that is currently hindering our ability to complete the electronic portion of the resubmittal. I just had a phone call with Mike Smith confirming that the outage is causing the issue of resubmitting today, but advised to try again tomorrow. Please note that we will be attempting to make this electronic upload again tomorrow and will follow-up with you once we have successfully submitted. Please let me know if there is anything further that you would like for us to do. 1 Thank you, Amber Henson Gresham Smith D: 615.770.8116 M: 615.499.8050 From: Farkas, Jim J <Jim.Farkas@ncdenr.gov> Sent: Monday, January 23, 2023 2:37 PM To: mreisman@flyavl.com; Nathan Hudgens <nathan.hudgens@greshamsmith.com>; Amber Henson <amber.henson@greshamsmith.com>; Michelle Dove <michelle.dove@greshamsmith.com> Cc: Smith, Mike M <michael.smith@ncdenr.gov> Subject: \[EXTERNAL\] RE: SW1221002 Asheville Regional Airport Terminal Modernization and Expansion Good Afternoon, The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a Stormwater Management Permit Application th for the subject project on October 25, 2022.
