THIS DEED, made and entered into this 9th day of September, 2016, by and between Sandy A.
Langdon, Executor of the Estate of J. A. Langdon, Jr., deceased, pursuant to File No. 15-E-460, Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Harnett County, and Sandy A. Langdon, Successor Trustee of the J. A. Langdon,
Jr. Trust Under Agreement Dated March 30, 2006, as Amended and Restated [herein "GRANTORS"], whose
address is 1363 Turlington Road, Dunn, North Carolina 28334; and Teresa L. Ennis [herein "GRANTEE"],
whose address is 507 Old Wick Drive, Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, 27526.
WITNESSETH:
That Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, have and do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the Grantee, her heirs, successors
and assigns all of Grantors' interest in that certain tract of land located in Harnett County, North Carolina, being
more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
The purpose of this deed is to satisfy, in part, the provisions of ARTICLE THREE of the J. A. Langdon,
Jr. Trust Under Agreement Dated March 30, 2006, as Amended and Restated.

The Grantors are entities, an estate and a trust. Entities do not have principal residences. The
property conveyed does not include the principal residence of the decedent.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of Grantors' interest in the aforesaid tract of land and all privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging to the Grantee, its heirs, successors and assigns, to its only use and behoof
forever in as full and ample a manner as Sandy A. Langdon, Executor of the Estate of J. A. Langdon, Jr.,
deceased, pursuant to File No. 15-E-460, Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Harnett County, and
Sandy A. Langdon, Successor Trustee of the J. A. Langdon, Jr. Trust Under Agreement Dated March 30, 2006,
as Amended and Restated, are authorized and empowered to convey the same.
