Book 3789 Page 2001 may have in and to the above described property pursuant to an unrecorded, internal Successor in Interest Designation TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
