and filed on December 27, 2019 in the Union County Register of Deeds at Book 7549, Page 351.
SAVE AND EXCEPT all that property conveyed in the certain Special Warranty Deed dated July 28, 2020, and

SAVE AND EXCEPT all that property conveyed in the certain Special Warranty Deed dated and filed on
November 3, 2020 in the Union County Register of Deeds at Book 7871, Page 579.
SAVE AND EXCEPT all that property conveyed in the certain Special Warranty Deed dated April 26, 2021 and
filed on April 28, 2021 in the Union County Register of Deeds at Book 8080, Page 412.
SAVE AND EXCEPT the portions of the 107.30-acre parcel described above dedicated to, and accepted by, the
Town of Waxhaw, Union County, North Carolina.
