Dear Mr. Smith:
NCDEQ staff have reviewed the Draft CWPP and BWMP and have approved the outlined
program provided that the following comments be addressed in a final CWPP and BWMP
submittal,to be provided to DEQ by December 31,2023 to maintain compliance with the permit.
Specific Comments
1) Add BMP to CWPP which includes permittee review of CWPP and confirm that all outlined
Post-Construction requirements meet or exceed requirements outlined in 15A NCAC 02H.1017
and .1019. This BMP shall be completed prior to October 1,2024.
2) Revise the BWMP to include all monitoring requirements outlined in General Industrial Permit
NCG150000.
For final approval,the revised CWPP and BWMP submittal must include a scanned pdf sent to the below
listed email, and a hard copy with a certifying statement and original"wet"signature by the
Installation Commanding Officer or designated staff in compliance with Part IV,Paragraph G of the
current MS4 Permit. Please submit the revised SWMP to:
