2. Mass grading and demo to be complete winter 2023.
3. Buildings A& B to begin construction winter 2023.
4. Underground utilities to begin construction winter 2023.
5. Underground utilities to complete spring 2024.
6. Paving to start spring 2024.
7. Paving to complete summer 2024.
8. Landscaping to begin summer 2024.
9. Landscaping to complete summer 2024.
10. Stormwater conversion to start and finish late summer 2024.
11. Buildings A& B to complete construction fall 2024.
12. Site fully finished fall 2024.
13. Future construction related to outparcel (currently labeled as gas station on plans)will be part of
future submission. Permanent ponds have been designed with this area being 90% impervious.
