Dear NPDES NCG110000 Storwmater Permittee:
We are writing to you with important information about the NPDES Stormwater NCG110000 General Permit.As part of
litigation, the N.C. Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR)will post a new draft NCG110000 General
Permit for public comment beginning December 1, 2023, until January 10, 2024.
Upon finalization and issuance of the new General Permit next year, a new Certificate of Coverage (COC)will be issued
for all facilities with active coverage. Your facility will then be subject to the new General Permit NCG110000,
anticipated to be re-issued on March 1, 2024. Permittees will receive information about how to obtain a new renewal
COC in early spring and should check the General Permits section of our website (https://deq.nc.gov/sw-industrial)for
updates.
Please see the important letter attached, which is being mailed out by hard copy to the Responsible Official associated
with this Owner Entity. With this email, we are also reaching out to permit and facility contacts in our system as of

to the address below during the public comment period. All comments received during the public comment period will
