Kaitlin, hopefully this explanation helps. For every property we seek to develop for one of our tenants, we have an
entity, CA Property Acquisitions who is the PSA contract holder while we do our due diligence for the project. Once we
are ready to close the PSA is assigned at or right before closing to an operating entity(every project we do has its own
specific property operating entity) which in this case is CT Spout Springs/Cogency Global.This entity is the ultimate
owner and developer of the project. Its fairly simple and straightforward.
I would think this is enough in(or'rrndl.iun regarding our enlilies to slarl your review as I'm not sure what bearing the
entity ownership has on whether or not our civil documents meet the DEQ design standards or regs.
