After double checking the document, I noticed that I didn't include permit numbers for 4 of the 5 locations. Attached is
an updated document with the permit numbers.

Do you know if you have submitter privileges for the Gove Stone Creek Quarry? That might be the issue. I have copied
Joyce Sanford to help with that.
For the others,we need the permit numbers and the details of the outfalls to add:
Lat/Lon should be in degrees/ minutes/seconds.
We also need waterbody info, brief description, and whether the outfall is wastewater or stormwater.
I have copied Brittany Cook, our General Permits Coordinator to help with those.

This was for Grove Stone Quarry, I have other locations that I need to submit for as well but when I go into the system,
The names of the outfalls do not match that names that we use for submittal. Does this need to be changed in the
system?There are also options for upstream and downstream and we only ever take effluent. Please let me know if
there is anything I can do to help!

Good afternoon, I am trying to submit some water sample results and when I want to the new submission page it gave
me a message that I should be submitting them electronically. When I entered them through the edmr I was able to get
them certified but I doesn't give me the option to submit. How should I handle this?
