Johnson: Dee Freeman Secretary On October 10, 2012, Michael Lawyer, Environmental Specialist from the Fayetteville Regional Office of the Division of Water Quality conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the TUAS Support Facility at Fort Bragg located on Pratt Street, Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina. The purpose of the inspection was to ensure compliance with Stormwater Management Permit SW6101104 that was issued on December 21, 2010. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your review. As a result of the inspection and subsequent file review, it has been determined that the facility is Not Compliant. Please refer to the enclosed Compliance Inspection Report for details of the deficiency, additional comments and observations made during the inspection. The required actions that are necessary to bring this site into compliance are noted, under the Inspection Summary of the report. Failure to properly resolve the deficiency could result in the issuance of a Notice of Violation.
