On September 6, 2023,the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request to
rescind your coverage under Certificate of Coverage Number NCG080793.
Based on our review of your request and the recommendation of our Raleigh Regional Office,your request
for rescission has been denied. Your request was denied because there are multiple uncovered and
exposed industrial elements on site such as trucks,tanks,pallets, and other equipment.Additionally,staff
found some trucks and equipment to be leaking fluid,preventing the rescission of permit coverage. Once
the listed issues are fixed,please submit a new rescission request so a rescission can be granted.Your
Certificate of Coverage Number NCG080793 will remain in effect,and you must continue to comply with
your NPDES stormwater permit.
