The original letter for this benchmark exceedance is being sent to you directly via USPS. The benchmark for Zinc is 126 ug/L and the analytical result was 408 ug/L. There was also a Copper benchmark exceedance for this monitoring period (benchmark of 10 ug/L and value of 22 ug/L). Samples were collected June 19, 2023 and results were received June 29, 2023. We will document these exceedances and our response/actions within our SWPPP per Part D, Condition D-7. We will document within our SWPPP the other obligations addressed in Table 4. We will continue our monthly monitoring frequency for ISW004. We are preparing an Action Plan and will submit it to your office for review and approval within one month of receipt of the June 29, 2023 sampling results.
