is cleared,with remnants of the old warehouse slab and parking lot area. The site has an historic,
existing impervious area that totals the entire existing property acreage of 1.74 ac, although a portion
or the north end of the property was recently demoed and seeded. The property is currently zoned DC-
1, which is the appropriate zoning for the proposed use. The property is within the Town of Fuquay-
Varina's jurisdiction.
