RE: Stancil Farms Construction Sequence
Dear Jim,
Stancil Farms will be built in two phases consisting of 99 residential lots within phase 1 and 84
residential lot within phase 2. Subdivision roads will be owned and maintained by NCDOT and are
20' normally crowned roads with ditches, stormwater will drain through pipes and swales to follow
the natural drainage pattern. Watermains are public and will be owned and maintained by Harnett
Regional Water. Each lot will have an individual septic system.
