When Brian and I were trying to figure this out last week we came across an issue that we will eventually need to
address. The 9/17/2010 SW8 930710 permit Section 1(5) says the following:
The previously issued permits for Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 are herewith rescinded and the associated lots
and lot Built -upon Area are combined into this one permit under SW8 930710. Previous permit numbers,
permitted number of lots and permitted BUA per lot for each Section are as follows:
a. Section 2 — SW8 920605 28 lots @4,500 sf
b. Section 3 — SW8 930102 31 lots @3,500 sf
C. Section 4 — SW8 930912 36 lots @3,850 sf
d. Section 5 — SW8 950810 60 lots @4,650 sf
But, those permit numbers were not rescinded. They are still active. Hopefully this is just an administrative issue where
the permit writer forgot to rescind them in BIMS. SW8 970310 has since been transferred to the HOA and renewed but
it still contains this language. We need to research this as time allows. I wanted to make you aware of it, and I will also
put this email in each of these folders.
