I think there are a couple of misunderstandings here at play. Let's try to get this sorted out.
First, when you told us the COC had been mailed to the wrong place, we looked up the address for Jeff Mang. He's the
responsible official listed for this permit(NCG050461), and his address at the time of our mailing was the North
Wilkesboro address. That's the person we send correspondence to.
You let us know the mailing address should be Statesville instead, and we saw Jeff had an entry with the Statesville
mailing address in our system, so we re-associated the permit with Jeff's Statesville address instead of the other
one. But you didn't say Jeff was not the correct RO. (It helps to think of it this way: correspondence for a permit is sent
to a person, not just some address associated with the facility or company.)
But now you are telling us that Jeff should not be the responsible official for this permit. That was not clear to us in the
last exchange, so we missed that.
Do you have a copy of the form you sent in for that? When did you send it in? It is possible that it had not been
processed yet, so we want to investigate.
You are also talking about other facilities. We don't have any other permits associated with this particular owner entity
("Jeld-Wen Inc., mailing address 2061 Sherrill Dr, Statesville") in our system, but there are otherJeld-Wen owner
entries. And there is at least one that is associated with several other permits. That other one is below, and it also lists
Jeff Mang with the Statesville address as the RO.

Aaron—one big problem we have is owners listed multiple times that should only be listed once because they are the
same company.That's how we get these big problems with confusing situations/designations. The company really
ought to be one entity and have an RO who is high enough in the Corporate chain to be responsible for all of them ...
then permit-specific and facility-specific people should be designated beyond that. It looks like we have several
different owner entities in the system for Jeld-Wen that might be the same company? Just so the RO can be different
for different sites, possibly?
Can you help us figure out whether all of these entries should be different, or should really be consolidated into one
single owner entity with a Responsible Official who is higher up than Jeff and not specific to a facility? Jeff Mang can
then be a Permit or Facility contact for the appropriate site(s), and other people can be designated as specific contacts
for their permit or facility. The Responsible Official should be someone at a level in the company who assumes legally
responsibility for the environmental permits held by the facilities that the company operates. Joyce Sanford is the
person who can help us get it cleared up in the system when we know more.
What's important to remember is for every Owner Entity, there is one Responsible Official, and that is the RO for each
permit/facility the owner is tied to. In this case, we have multiple versions of the Owner entity tied to various permits.
Are you all registered and reporting in eDMR already? Normally that is when this issue comes up, and we have to get it
worked out prior to registration.
Let us know if any of this makes sense and how we can help you review the various permits you have, and the owners
associated with them, so we can consolidate where necessary.

I ran the report for our site in North Wilkesboro here Jeff used to be and he is still set up as the RO with mailing address
to Statesville.

This should have been updated with the forms submitted for Martin Weed as RO and site and contact address the 205
Lanes Dr, North Wilkesboro address.
Can you verify that the appropriate paperwork was received and update BIMS?
I am almost afraid to look at our NCG021 permit for Marion NC.

Ah yes! It was probably a situation where we had to consolidate the ownership, and that can happen. Thank you so

Aaron, please run a permit summary report tomorrow and verify the changes have been made. All future

I believe the reason the mailing addresses are different is due to a "multiple owners" situation in BIMS(our software we
use to enter permit data).
I'm not sure why the mailing address was changed but it is fixed now.Jeff Mang should show up to the 2061 Sherrill

The mailing address does not affect the COC. That only has the address of the facility. We would not reissue the COC
because of a mailing address change.
We sent this correspondence to the mailing address of the Owner affiliation on record. Please review the permit
summary report and COC attached.
Do you know where that Wilkesboro address would have come from?
I looked at the application for this permit in our repository, and it lists a different address, so I'm not sure where this one
came from.
Brittany, do you know why the would be different? I see two different entries for Jeff in our BIMS system. Could you

N.C. DEMLR Stormwater Program has renewed the General Permit under which this facility is covered. Our Program
posted the draft General Permit for public comment during April 17-May 17, 2023. The new General Permit was issued
