Margin of old U.S.421,a corner with the Thomas Farm Service,Inc.tract and runs thence
with the Thomas Farm Service, Inc.tract South 7 degrees 45 minutes West 9.5 chains to a
corner;thence South 81 degrees East 10.11 chains to a corner with B.H.Yarborough in the
southern margin(actually the road at this point runs in southeast northwest direction)of
U.S.421;thence with the southern margin of old U.S.421 as it curves 14.50 chains to the
BEGINNING.
The aforesaid lands are the same as conveyed to Thomas Farm Service, Inc. From Maggie

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid parcels of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the
Grantee in fee simple.
And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee,that Grantor is seized of the premises in fee simple,has the right to convey
the same in fee simple,that title is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances,and that Grantor will warrant and
defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever except for the exceptions hereinafter stated.
