The facility has one outlet in the back of the truck parking lot that could not be accessed at the time of inspection due to vegetative growth. There was a moderate erosion issue at the inlet to the stormwater pond that needs to be stabilized. The vegetation needs to be cleared and samples need to be taken from the outlet or documentation on "No Flow" needs to be taken.
