that as of this date, information requested on October 5, 1993, has not been received by this Office. This
Office is therefore returning the subject project as incomplete.

2H.1603 and may result in the assessment of civil penalties.

Dear Mr. Odom:
The Wilmington Regional Office received a Storniwater Submittal for the Bay Point_ Plantation
North on October 4, 1993. A preliminary review of that information has determined that the submittal
for the subject project is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater
review:
1. Previously requested info included notarized deed restrictions, a cul-de=sac detail, anc
elimination of the words "detention" and "retention" on the plans. The last two items have
been taken care of, however, notarized deed restrictions still have not been received.
2. Your cover letter indicates that 1 revised set of plans and I updated submittal fonn was
sent. The revised plan was received, but the updated forni was not. No doubt the missing
form had the requested notarized deed restrictions incorporated. Please provide this Office
with three copies of the revised plans.
3. Please add a statement to the submittal fonn deed restriction area as to the amount of
impervious area to be allowed in the public accesses, either a number of zero. In projects
