From: Lewis,Linda Sent: Wednesday, August 12, 2015 5:49 PM To: Scott, Georgette Subject: FW: Hazy Plaza NOV I talked with Jean and we compared the emailed plans she got from the engineer (Arnie Drucker) with the approved stormwater plans and there are some fairly significant changes. The site is low and is being filled in, but there were no retaining walls shown on our approved plan and one of the building corners is right at the wetlands line. Also, the NOV requires a revised sedimentation and erosion control plan showing how sediment and vegetation will be contained along the steep slopes adjacent to wetlands at rear of building, which has not been addressed.
