As the holidays quickly approach and our office will have closures, I am trying to follow up and push through as many projects as possible before the end of business today or end of calendar year. I was looking through the file and see that Mr. Bradshaw had some correspondence earlier this from email address hardwoodken80Pgmail.com. However, the renewal application indicates Mr. Bradshaw's email address is hardwood80@gmail.com. I have included both email addresses plus the email on file for Mr. DeMoss in hopes of getting some resolution to this issue. If you have HOA election minutes reflecting Mr. Bradshaw being elected that you could provide, we can easily move ahead with the renewal review and application process. Thank you! I've gone ahead and attached the original permit from 2014 and the updated 2019 permit for reference. If you have any other questions, just let me or Ashley know. I have one question our development is only a little more than five years old , if the permit is for eight years why is it payable now. The renewal application requires a fee of $505.00 (also stated in the renewal request and the application form itself), while the permit update form doesn't have a fee. The renewal application form has instructions on the second page (Section C) on submittal requirements. We should already have the necessary deed restrictions and the designer certification for the project on file, so you don't have to submit anything for C.3 nor C.S. You can also ignore C.6 and C.7. The renewal application and update form need to be notarized by a notary before they are submitted to DEQ. In addition to the two forms, we also need some type of documentation confirming that you are the president of the HOA in question.
