THE PROCESSING SKID WILL BE LOCATED INSIDE THE BUILDING ON THE MECHANICAL MEZZANINE ABOVE THE "A/B" MECHANICAL AREA, 4. THE FIRST STAGE IN THE PROCESSING SKID IS A TWO-STEP FILTRATION PROCESS. THE FIRST STEP WILL BE A BAG FILTER THAT REMOVES PARTICULATES DOWN TO 50 MICRONS, AND THE SECOND REMOVES PARTICULATE DOWN TO 5 MICRONS. 5. AFTER FILTERING DOWN TO 5 MICRONS, THE WATER IS THEN PASSED THRU A UV STERILIZATION SYSTEM DESIGNED TO HANDLE 20 GPM. SHOULD ANY ISSUES ARISE WITH THE UV SYSTEM, AN ALARM IS SOUNDED IN THE CONTROL PANEL AND THE SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY SWITCH OVER TO 100% MUNICIPAL MAKE-UP UNTIL THE ALARM IS CORRECTED. 6. WHEN THERE IS DEMAND AT THE WASHRACK A DROP IN SYSTEM PRESSURE SIGNALS THE MAIN PRESSURIZATION PUMPS TO BEGIN. GJPLEX VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE PUMPS LOCATED IN THE CISTERN WILL PROVIDE 20 GPM @ 45 PSI AT THE WASHRACK, WHICH SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO MEET DEMAND. 7. IN THE DUPLEX SYSTEM THE PUMPS WILL CYCLE BACK AND FORTH TO EQUALIZE WEAR. SHOULD ONE PUMP FAIL, THE SECOND PUMP WILL MEET DEMAND. 8. A 40 GALLON BLADDER TANK WILL BE INCLUDED TO HELP MAINTAIN CONSTANT PRESSURE AND REDUCE PUMP CYCLES. 9. SHOULD THE SYSTEM DEMAND ADDITIONAL WATER FROM THE CISTERN WHEN THE CISTERN IS EMPTY, THE WATER LEVEL SENSOR LOCATED IN THE CISTERN WILL SEND A SIGNAL AND AUTOMATICALLY OPEN A MUNICIPAL MAKE-UP WATER SUPPLY. THE MAKE- UP SUPPLY WILL BE SEPARATED FROM THE RAINWATER BY A REDUCED PRESSURE ZONE BACKFLOW PREVENTER. 10, THE SYSTEM IS CONTROLLED AND MONITORED VIA THE WAHASO WCS-200 CONTROL SYSTEM WITH CUSTOM PROGRAMMED PLC AND PANEL. THE CONTROL SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY MANAGES ALL SYSTEM FUNCTIONS INCLUDING THE WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND THE ADDITION OF MUNICIPAL WATER AS NEEDED AND IS FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE B.A.S.
