WRAP APPROXIMATELY 6 INCHES OF FABRIC AROUND THE END POSTS AND SECURE WITH 3 TIES. 7. NO MORE THAN 24 INCHES OF A 36 INCH FABRIC IS ALLOWED ABOUVE GROUND LEVEL. 8.
