We only have the ability to add one billing email to each record. The other email contacts associated with the permit
are the legally responsible person and site contact (who are copied on the invoice communication).
Of the two emails you provided,which one should we use for billing?

The following table includes our projects with active NOls.The financially responsible party is not changing, however,we
will discuss to see if we feel that the address needs to be changed. If we decide that it does,we will complete the form
you sent to reflect the change and submit per the directions on the form.
In the meantime for each permit listed below, please ensure that [e-mail] and

Derek,
Yes,you can send us a list of permits and information about contact updates needed.
If it involves only an update for billing,for each permit please provide:
New billing email
New billing phone
If the change is also to the Legally Responsible Person, we need the attached form completed. (The invoice always
goes to that person, so it is hard to say whether this is necessary unless you check the permit records for what contacts
were entered)
IMPORTANT: The mailing address for this person is the mailing address for the invoice—so we cannot enter a
separate mailing address for billing. Invoices are only emailed anyhow.
If the change is for Site Contact,we need for each permit(via email is fine, no form needed):
New Name
New Title
New Mailing Address
New Phone
New Email
If you are not sure which contacts need to be updated, you can look up the NOI applications (and any subsequent
contact changes) in our repository.

We have several active construction stormwater permits that receive annual fee invoices that are being sent to
employees that either no longer work with us or do not monitor email regularly.
If I send you a list of our active permits, could you please add an email address to the invoice distribution so that we can
better ensure timely payment?
Additionally, is it possible to change the mailing address for invoicing?
