As part of the development for a project located at 435 Rooms to Go Way, in Dunn North Carolina,
Capital Civil Engineering has prepared a post construction stormwater analysis and design to treat the
runoff per current applicable state standards. The state is the approval authority for this project.
The `State Stormwater Fast Track Process; "Authorization to Construct" (ATC) Permit Application
Form will be used for this project. Please accept this letter that discusses the construction sequence for
the property.
The project will be built as shown on the attached site plan and construction drawings with two
buildings, internal driveways, vehicle parking, trailer loading spaces and a large area for trailer parking.
This entire area is what the post construction stormwater analysis is based on.
There is a possibility that the large area for trailer parking may be converted into a third building. If
this is the case, there will be no additional impervious area required.
The two ponds have been designed based on the impervious area shown on the plans as well as some
additional impervious area in the event future owners wish to make their own improvements which
require impervious areas such as patios, additional parking, generators, etc.
