The existing building has multiple roof leaders that tie into an existing storm drainage system. 2. Evidence of existing storm pipes and roof leaders are included in the pictures in this report. TOTAL EXISTING PIPES: 1. 291 LF of 6" Clay/DI pipe 2. 75 LF of 4" Storm Drain 3. 269 LF of 8" Storm Drain Total of 635 LF of Storm Pipe existing on site TOTAL PROPOSED PIPES (EXCLUDING CULVERTS IN RIGHT OF WAYS) : 1. 430 LF of 6" PVC Storm pipe Total of 430 LF of Storm Pipe proposed on site. With the findings of this report, the site will meet the criteria to apply for the stormwater exemption as the site is defined as a redevelopment. This project has no net increase of BUA and has greater stormwater control per 15A NCAC 02H .1001(1)(f). ATTACHMENTS: 1.
