Hi Holley,
Mr. Evans (cc'd) lives on Lot 219 on Wedgefield Drive in New Hanover County (see attached photos). This permit was
first issued in 1992, and wetlands data is not clear on the plan. There is a handwritten note referencing wetlands at the
back of his property line. He was asking questions about putting fill in the back of his lot, outside of the drainage
easement. I was attempting to explain that you cannot put fill in wetlands if there are wetlands at the back of his
lot. But, I know there are thresholds for sizing. I am also not sure if he needs to talk to you or the ALOE. Can you point
him in the right direction?
