This permit was first issued in 1992, and wetlands data is not clear on the plan. There is a handwritten note referencing wetlands at the back of his property line. He was asking questions about putting fill in the back of his lot, outside of the drainage easement. I was attempting to explain that you cannot put fill in wetlands if there are wetlands at the back of his lot. But, I know there are thresholds for sizing. I am also not sure if he needs to talk to you or the ALOE. Can you point him in the right direction?
