General Statute 143-215.3D(a)(4). The annual fee was billed on 1/1/2023 and was due on 2/1/2023. The annual fee applies to the following construction site: Spring Branch Lots 1, 5, 7, 8, 11, 135 15, 16, 18, 22 - 24, and 26 19, 139, 159, 154, 124, and 36 Shady Oaks Dr; 13 Spruce Point Dr, 15, 33, and 42 Teakwood Cir; 29, 37, 40, and 32 Maddox Cv, Benson. NC Johnston County Certificate of Coverage No. NCC220194 NC Reference No. NCG01-2022-0194 If the project was closed out prior to the invoice due date, please request a Notice of Termination. Follow the instructions on the NPDES Construction Program website (deq.nc.gov/NCG01). If the project was not closed out or sold prior to the invoice due date, please pay the permit fee using the Stormwater ePayment website (deq.nc.gov/SW-ePayments). Failure to address this deficiency within 30 calendar days could result in the issuance of a Notice of Violation and potential civil penalty assessment of up to $25,000 per day for failing to maintain permit coverage.
