Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan Review Reasons for Approval with Modifications (1) It is recommended that a small ditch be shown below the tree protection area west of the basin to carry the disturbed area to the pond. (2) Ensure site runoff can be conveyed to the basin as needed/required in phase 2 (ditches adjusted). (3) Adjust silt fence in phase 2 at the site entrances/exits (wrapped up the sides; outlets likely needed). (4) Additional SE&SC measures may be needed at southern site access point. (5) Sediment basin should be shown in phase 2 EC. 1303 Dallas-Cherryville Highway, Dallas, NC28034 Citizens Resource Center Telephone: 704-922-4181
