General Statute 143-215.3D(a)(4). The annual fee was billed on 11/1/2022 and was due on 1211/2022. The annual fee applies to the following construction site: Highland Crossing lots 1,4,6,8,10,12,14,18,22,24,26,28,30,32,34,38,40,& 44 24 W Odell Lane, Zebulon, NC Johnston County Certificate of Coverage No. NCC192802 NC Reference No. NCG01-2019-2802 If the project was closed out prior to the invoice date, please request a Notice of Termination. Follow the instructions on the NPDES Construction Program website (deq.nc.gov/NCG01). If the project was not closed out or sold prior to the invoice date, please pay the permit fee using the Stormwater ePayment website (deq.nc.gov/SW-ePayments). Failure to address this deficiency within 30 calendar days could result in the issuance of a Notice of Violation and potential civil penalty assessment of up to $25,000 per day for failing to maintain permit coverage.
