RE: FY2022 Program Assessment & Revised Storm Water Plan

Dear Mr. Reed:
In August 2022, Mecklenburg County submitted via BIMS its FY2022 annual report as required
by NPDES Permit NCS000395. As in previous years, in October we completed an annual
evaluation/assessment of the effectiveness of all programs that includes in Attachment 1 an
assessment of the effectiveness of our FY2022 TMDL compliance activities as required by
Section H of our Permit. This report is attached for your consideration. Also attached separately
is the November version of our Storm Water Management Plan that was revised from the
previous version dated October 2021 based on the findings from our annual assessment. Both
the annual assessment and Storm Water Management Plan include a certification page at the
beginning of the documents signed by Don Ceccarelli who is the designated legally responsible
induvial for NPDES Permit NCS000395.
