As directed by Part D., Section D-5 of the subject permit, a notification is required to the Mooresville Regional Office of
the sample results.
Results were received on 11/17/2022 for the sampling event of SW outfall SW016-42. Tier One status for Cu, Hg, Pb, Se,
Ag, and Zn was triggered by a sample result noted in the table below.
During the stormwater management inspection, it was noted that the drainage area contains additional heavy truck
traffic. The paved haul road recently received gravel on sections of pavement that could have contributed to the
benchmark exceedances. Additional BMP's have been installed along the haul road.
Additional information will be provided within one month, as directed by the permit.
