We have cut and removed the cattails and brush. However, we need the plans to determine the design dimensions and vegetative requirements. The property owners have searched and do not have the plans. Can you please suggest how I can obtain a copy of the plan or permit so we can determine how to proceed with the additional work needed? All I have is a copy of your letter and Inspection Report. I sincerely appreciate your assistance with this matter. The property owner is anxious to get the deficiencies corrected. They simply do not have the necessary paperwork. Upon review of my notes from the stormwater compliance inspection conducted on June 2, 2009,1 have the following to note. The date mentioned in the inspection report cover letter was July 7, 2009. Please submit a plan of action to meet the deficiencies to DWQ by July 27, 2009. To bring the permit into compliance, the maintenance of the 2 dry detention basins should include removal of the cattails; verification of the depths to the design depths; and re-seeding/re-vegetation is needed. In addition to the field maintenance issues, prior to the official transfer, a permit renewal package must be submitted to DWQ. That includes a renewal application, and processing fee of $505.00. The weblink for the renewal application is: http://h2o.en r.state.nc.us/su/StateSW RenewalAppIicationSW U-102.Doc.Doc If you are willing to handle both of these, the transfer of ownership would be accepted by DWQ. Additionally, please sign and notarize the maintenance agreement as the new stormwater permit owner to send in with the other materials. A copy of that agreement was included in the initial compliance inspection mailing to the original Permittee, but I can send out a copy to you if needed. Thank you for attention to the stormwater system at the Bolivia Exxon Station. Please let me know if you have questions!
