The Civil Engineer made a site visit but was unable to certify the pond due to the following site changes/concems: 1. The property is draining down the fence line on the north side causing considerable erosion. Maintenance grading is needed to get water directed to the pond as per the original design. 2. A 3000 sq.ft. concrete structure has been added in the rear of the property next to the dog pen. Water in this area doesn't appear to be draining to the pond. Grading in this area as well as a permit modification needs to be submitted to update the pond. 3. The name of the property is now Southeast Response and not Hanover Towing. A change form will need to be submitted with the renewal package. The owner has authorized us to proceed with the modification of the permit/site plan and he is working on any grading to conect site erosion/drainage problems.
