SEEDING SCHEDULE All vegetated areas shall be stabilized by the establishment of a permaomt gams cover. The seed species shall be selected based on the soil type, seasonal conditions and other considerations. As an alterative, the comraetae may ale the methods and schedules shown below, however, it is recommended that a special list be consulted with attention given to site specific conditions a- Cultivate area to a depth of 6". b. Apply agricultural lime at the rate of 40001bs- per acre. c. Apply 10-20-20 commercial fertilizer at the rate of 1000 lbs. per acre. d_ Sow grass seed at the following rates: Kind Rate Per Acre Common Bermuda Grass unhulled 20 lbs hulled 12 lbs. Install Construction Entrances at proposed points of access from public street. 2. Install Silt Fence around perimeter of site. 3. Rough grade site and install outlets along silt fence in areas of concentrated flows. 4. Seed and mulch all areas around perimeter of site which are to be vegetated. Install jute matting in channels as required on plans. 5. Construct Level Spreaders as shown on plans. 6. Construct stormwater infiltration system and install Inlet Protection around each catch basin. 7. Construct buildings. S. Fine grade parking areas and stabilize with stone. 9. Pave parking areas and seed and mulch lawn areas. 10.
