THE SITE CURRENTLY DRAINS TO EXISTING DROP INLETS ON THE SITE OR TO THE EXISTING STORM DRAINS IN THE STREET WHICH TIE INTO THE EXISTING ROAD DRAINAGE SYSTEM. THE SITE IS VERY FLAT WITH AVERAGE SLOPES RANGING FROM 0.6%.-2%. THE SITE CURRENTLY HAS A ONE STORY FIRST CITIZENS BANK BUILDING AND ASPHALT PAVEMENT FOR PARKING IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE THESE EXISTING FEATURES WILL NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED. THERE IS OPEN SPACE TO THE EAST AND NORTH EAST OF THE EXISTING BUILDING CONSISTING OF TREES AND GRASS WHICH EXTENDS TO PRICE STREET. THE EXISTING IMPERVIOUS AREA ON THE SITE IS 0.38 ACRES. THE SOILS FOR THIS PARCEL ARE ENTIRELY COMPRISED OF KUREB FINE SAND (KrB). THIS SOIL IS CLASSIFIED AS HYDROLOGIC SOIL GROUP A. THE PROPOSED SITE INCLUDES A 2,700 SF FIRST CITIZENS BANK BUILDING WITH A DRIVE THRU. ENTRY WALKS AND 22 ASSOCIATE PARKING SPACES. THE SITE WILL HAVE TWO ACCESS DRIVES OFF OF MCGLAMERY STREET AND ONE ACCESS DRIVE OFF OF PRICE STREET. A TOTAL OF 0.71 ACRES OF IMPERVIOUS AREA IS PROPOSED WITHIN THE SITE LIMITS WHICH INCLUDE ALL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS. EROSION CONTROL NOTES: 1. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPERLY DISPOSING OF EXCESS MATERIAL OFF -SITE. 2. WHERE SEDIMENT IS TRANSPORTED ONTO A PAVED OR PUBLIC ROAD SURFACE, THE ROAD SURFACE SHALL BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY AT THE END OF EACH DAY. SEDIMENT SHALL BE REMOVED FORM THE ROADS BY SHOVELING OR SWEEPING AND TRANSPORTED TO A SEDIMENT CONTROL DISPOSAL AREA.
