Brittany Carson in our Stormwater Program was the correct person to contact. She's out of the office this week for a
Stream ID class. We should be able to make the corrections in our permit system, and then the eDMR system will
refresh overnight after we do that.
I do not see the original attachments you sent in this recent chain, but I did find the correspondence I sent and looped
her in on back in August (attached) about this issue. That's in the permit file in our Laserfiche repository for reference.
Brittany returns on Monday and can assist further. I'll check in with her to coordinate. Since she was part of the original
notification and issued this permit, I'd like to wait until she's available to work through the necessary updates.

I've copied you on the email below because I don't know if I'm expected to submit an eDMR to mark the lack of
compliance if I was unable to submit multiple eDMRs for qualitative measurements taken July 26, 2022.
We have (17) industrial outfalls on our facility that have been identified as Industrial point source discharges in our SPPP
and have been issued coverage under the NCGP, Permit # NCG150068.
As you have seen below, our COC is incorrect, our Summary does not match our outfalls in the application submittal and
in fact our receiving waters are not even listed correctly, which will throw our Benchmarking off completely.
If you cannot assist me, please recommend who I should speak to or email to get all of this corrected. As you can see
below I've reached out to quite a few folks already, but we still haven't found a solution.
I have not submitted any eDMR information to date. I attempted too but the system displayed an error and I didn't want
to mess anything up with our reporting history.

Good Afternoon Ms. Carson,
The NCGP Stormwater permit information we need updated at this time is for the outfalls. The contact information is
now correct and the DOSA has been filled out and sent in, but I've also attached it for your visibility in case it did not
reach you.

I've also attached a pdf. of the NPDES Stormwater Permit Summary that DEMLR has on file for us. Evidently the COC
information is populated based on information from this system and the information is not correct. The initial permit
COC wasn't correct either and Thom Edgerton corrected it and sent it back but apparently the database was not
changed to reflect the correct information. When we received the "Renewal COC" under the July 15Y permit issued
(attached), it had incorrect information in it as well.
Please see my comments to the NPDES Stormwater Permit Summary and let me know what we can do to help ensure
we get a COC that correctly reflects our outfall information.
I've copied who I believe are our regional regulators as well, to better help them understand our position as we seek to
comply with the new permit.
I've tried to stay focused on correcting our outfall information in this email, but have other issues with our eDMR
submittal that I will take up with John Hennessy in an email. I bring this up here, because the website will not allow me
to put in multiple outfalls and I didn't know if this also is tied into this same data system for our facility.
