Hope your week is off to a good start.
I have recently joined the City of Monroe's Engineering Department, Stormwater Division. There were some contacts on
our NPDES Stormwater Permit Summary that are no longer with the City. I submitted a Permit Contact Update Request
Form today in order to get that information updated and correct. The Permit Summary also has a Delegated Signatory
Authority contact who has recently retired. If we wanted to remove the Delegated Signatory Authority contact, do we
still fill out a DOSA and just leave Section A blank? Please provide the proper contact if not yourself. Thank you in
advance for your time.
