Thank you for accepting my request for an extension to the submittal deadline of our 2022 MS4 Permit
Assessment. As we discussed on the phone Tuesday, August 30t", 2022, 1 have recently joined the staff
at the City of Lowell as Planning Director at the end of May 2022. One of my roles is to serve as the
Stormwater Administrator in addition to other duties. I have spent the last several months sorting
through files and emails to organize the Stormwater Program here at the City of Lowell.
