Avenue, 27 h Floor, New York, NY 10019 ('grantor), to DCA Lexington Properties, LLC, a

NC 27295 ("Grantee'),
WITNESSETH, that said Grantor for valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, and
convey unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, in fee simple a tract or parcel of land in
the County of Davidson, and State of North Carolina, and legally described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and made apart hereof (the "Prove "):
No part of the Property conveyed herein constitutes the primary residence of the Grantor.
