However, there are still some remaining issues that need to be concluded before the entire project can be called compliant. Please find a copy of the completed form entitled"Compliance Inspection Report" attached to this letter, which summarizes the findings of the recent file review. As indicated in the attached inspection report, the following deficiencies must be resolved: 1. A copy of the recorded deed restrictions needs to be submitted to this office before any lots are sold. 2. The latest permit modification of December 7, 2012 calls for increasing the irregular shape pond (Pond 1) size and removing 2 lots. This work is not complete yet. Upon completion, Owner shall notify DWQ, and the project will be inspected again to verify compliance with the permit. Please inform this Office in writing about the status of construction completion within thirty (30) days, or before January 25, 2013. Failure to provide the requested information, or to respond to this letter by the due date, may initiate enforcement action.
