Hello all,
I am currently in review of your state stormwater permit application for the subject permit I received
notice that the name of this project which is now Pelican Point wishes to be changed to Harbor View
however both renewal applications state the project name to be Pelican Point If we wish to change the
name from Pelican Point to Harbor View, I have attached a permit update form that must be filled out
and signed by Mr Charles Poindexter II and Mr Robert Huth
Additionally, Section A 2 of Page 1 on the renewal application forms will need to reflect this name
change You may send this updated information through mail to our Wilmington office or as an
attachment on an email Either way is fine with me
If we do not wish for this name change, please advise and I will continue with "Pelican Point' as the
project name
