I checked the database, and this permit COC is active. It was renewed in 2018, but we do not have a record of the renewal COC being requested, and so none was generated at the time. Attached is the letter that was sent in 2018 with instructions on doing this. #1— I have re -activated the Renewal COC Link from that letter temporarily (it is not the one we use for more recent permits), and you can request a copy of the renewal COC there: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-COC- Renewal Please do this as soon as possible because I will need to deactivate the link again soon to prevent confusion with the newer form. #2 — Please be sure to run this Permit Summary Report to check that all contacts are up to date.
