aforesaid highway situated 75 feet N5r th of the center line of the same; thence along said
right-of-way South 39 degrees 30 minutes East 87 feet to an iron pipe in the said right-of-way line;
—+hence North 39 degrees 19 minutes East 508 feet to a stake and pointer in the line of the Babcock Lhrrber
zWy and North Carolina Pulp Carpany; thence North 49 degrees 20 minutes West 86 feet to an iron pipe in
said line; thence South 39 degrees 19 minutes West 60.2 feet to the BEGINNING, containing one (1) acre, more

the same in fee simple, that title is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances, and that Grantor will warrant and
defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever except for the exceptions hereinafter ptated.
