I'm happy to process the change or ownership and financial responsibility for the referenced project.
But the state FRO that was included in your email is incomplete. Since you will have to fill out a new form and get it
notarized again anyway,we'd prefer you use the City of Charlotte's FRO form which can be found here:

If you have any questions about filling out the form please let me know. When that is done, please send it back to me
and I will file the new FRO and revise the letter of approval. AHC will use the revised letter to have the coverage

following reason:
This COC cannot yet be terminated because the new owner--AHC Matheson LLC-- has not submitted the necessary
paperwork to the City of Charlotte to take ownership of the erosion control plan.This means "byFiorenza Poe NoDa,
LLC" is still responsible for the erosion control plan and must maintain NCG01 permit coverage. Once the new owner
takes ownership of the erosion control plan,you can submit a new NOT Request to terminate your COC.
